How do credits work?
You buy credits in order to download any of illustrated graphics. You do not need to purchase credits in bulk. If you need 1 credit, you can buy it.
How can I change my billing information?
Your billing details can be updated and saved from the Billing Information page. The last saved billing details will be those used for your next invoice. You may update your basic contact information and change your password from the Account Settings page. You may also unsubscribe from our newsletter updates from that section.
Do I have to pay VAT if I don’t have VAT ID?
Yes. If are an European Union citizen and don’t have a VAT number, you will be charged VAT at the standard rate for your country, according to EU tax laws. A VAT receipt for each of your purchases will be accessible in your account.a
How do I get an invoice?
All your invoices are available from the Billing History page in your profile.
What are the available payment methods?
We accept all major credit cards. We accept wire transfers too, but only for payments of over $2,000. Please, contact us if you wish to order a bank transfer.
