Credits are the special currency you can use to download any GraphicMama product. Using credits is convenient - just load up your account and download anything with a few clicks. Also, using credits is smart and saves you money - the more you buy, the bigger discount you get.

Do credits expire?

Yes. GraphicMama credits are valid for use up to 1 year from the day of purchase. For your convenience, before your credits expire, we will send you an email containing information about the number of your remaining credits and their exact expiration date.

Is refund on unused credits available?

Yes. In case you have not used any of the acquired credits for 30 days after the purchase, you are entitled to a refund. In any other case, a refund is not available.

Is there a volume discount?

Yes. You can get up to 80% off the final price based on the quantity of purchased credits. The more credits you buy, the more money you save.

Can I download files right after buying credits?

Yes. The whole process is quite simple. Once you load up your account with credits, you can immediately start using them to download any desired items and packs.
