Hello, I just came back from a trip with Virgin atlantic Airways SVD Terminal and the flight was seamless from start to finish. The airport is tiny, so don't anticipate heaps of amenities, but all you'll need is there. Virgin Atlantic personnel were welcoming and very friendly, going the extra mile to make check-in feel customized. Security was swift and boarding was very concise and timely. I enjoyed how staff were patient enough to explain things and read out announcements loud and clear. It's generally a relaxed airport with excellent service from Virgin Atlantic overall.
