I recently went with my family to the WestJet Airlines Bangkok Office to ask about baggage allowances. The staff was well-informed and provided thorough explanations. They were eager to assist and very friendly. Our wait time was short, and the office was tidy and welcoming. We had a wonderful experience and felt knowledgeable and pleased with their customer service when we left.
